背景信息	Fos-related antigen 1 (FRA-1) and encoded by the gene name FOSL1, is a member of the bZIP family and Fos subfamily. This subfamily consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. FRA-1 is a leucine zipper protein that can dimerize with JUN family proteins, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. As such, FRA-1 has been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation. FRA-1 is localized to the nucleus.
