    背景信息 Cell adhesion molecule 4 (CADM4) is also known as Immunoglobulin superfamily member 4C (IgSF4C) and Nectin-like protein 4 (NECL-4). CADM4 is involved in the cell-cell adhesion through calcium- and magnesium-independent adhesion activity, and also possibly has tumor-suppressor activity. CADM4 is expressed in the brain and many other organs including kidney and liver.
