    背景信息 Chloride transporter ClC-3 (Clcn3) is also called H(+)/Cl(-) exchange transporter 3 and Chloride channel protein 3 (ClC-3). Clcn3 mediates the exchange of chloride ions against protons, and functions as antiporter. Clcn3 is involved in vesicle trafficking and exocytosis. Clcn3 also plays a role in neuronal cell function helping to establish short-term memory Clcn3 is abundantly expressed in brain, especially in the olfactory bulb, hippocampus, and cerebellum, with moderate expression in lung, kidney and adrenal gland.
