背景信息 KLF7 (Krueppel-like factor 7), also known as UKLF, is a member of the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. KLF7 is a transcriptional activator that has been shown in vitro to bind to the CACCC motif of the beta-globin promoter as well as the SP1 recognition sequence.
