背景信息	C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CXC-R5 or CXCR-5), also known as Burkitt lymphoma receptor 1 or Monocyte-derived receptor 15 (MDR-15) or CD185, and encoded by the gene name CXCR5 or BLR1 or MDR15, is a multi-pass membrane protein that belongs to the CXC chemokine receptor family. CXCR5 is localized in the cell membrane and expressed in mature B-cells and Burkitt's lymphoma. This cytokine receptor binds to B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC), and is involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches.
