背景信息 SLIT and NTRK-like protein 1 (SLITRK1), also known as Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 12 (LRRC12), is a single-pass type I membrane protein that is expressed predominantly in the frontal lobe of the cerebral cortex of the brain, and is involved in regulating neuronal dendrite outgrowth. SLITRK1 is also expressed in some brain tumors such as astrocytomas, oligodendrogliomas, glioblastomas, gangliogliomas and primitive neuroectodermal tumors.
