背景信息 Heart and neural crest derivatives expressed 1 (HAND1) is also known as Class A basic helix-loop-helix protein 27 (bHLHa27) and Extraembryonic tissues, heart, autonomic nervous system and neural crest derivatives-expressed protein 1 (eHAND). HAND1 is a transcription factor expressed in the heart that has an essential role in cardiac morphogenesis and trophoblast differentiation.
