背景信息 NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 10 (NLRP10) is also called Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain protein 8. NLRP10 has anti-inflammatory activity and plays a role in immune response against infections from bacteria including C.albicans by contributing to proinflammatory cytokine release.
