应用说明 Immunohistochemistry (acetone fixation): Effective for human tissue, especially in circumstances where up-regulation of the receptor is being evaluated. The antibody does not stain formalin-fixed or paraffin-embedded tissues, and may not detect the low-level basal expression of alpavbeta6 in epithelia of healthy adults.
Immunocytochemistry: Effective for F6, HT-29, H441 cell lines (others not tested).
Flow cytometry: Effective for detection of human and monkey alphaVbeta6
Not effective for immunoprecipitation or western blot.

The antibody works well for immunohistochemistry of human tissue, especially under circumstances where upregulation of the receptor is being evaluated. The antibody does not stain formalin-fixed or paraffin-embedded tissues, and may not detect the low-level basal expression of alphavbeta6 in epithelia of healthy adults. This antibody does not recognize the alphaV subunit and does not react with alphaV integrins other than alphavbeta6.
