This kit is analytically validated with ready-to-use reagents. 背景信息 Human IL-8 (CXCL8, neutrophil chemotactic factor, neutrophil activating protein, monocytes derived neutrophil chemotactic factor) is a member of the alpha (C-X-C) subfamily of chemokines. In response to proinflammatory stimuli, IL-8 is produced by monocytes, macrophages, T cells, neutrophils, and fibroblasts.
