概述	The reagent is an anti-rabbit antibody F(ab')2 fragment from sheep. The F(ab')2 fragments are obtained by pepsin cleavage. The fragments are coupled 5(6)-carboxyfluorescein-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (fluorescein) and stabilized in buffer.The molar ratio of fluorescein/ protein is between 3 - 4. PURIFICATION: The antibody is isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigen coupled to agarose beads.

应用说明	The reagent allows a reliable and sensitive detection of rabbit IgG in immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry techniques. In addition, the absence of the "sticky" Fc portion avoids unspecific binding. Thus, the reagent is particularly suitable for use on sections and cells. RECOMMENDED CONCENTRATION: 20-50 μg/mL The concentrated stock solution (200 μg/mL) should be diluted with PBS, pH 7.1 containing 15 mg/mL BSA. Optimal working concentrations must be determined by the end user.

特异性	The reaction profile of the antibody was examined in an ELISA system: micro titer plates were coated with antigen and potentially cross-reacting IgG of other species in identical concentrations, incubated with anti-rabbit IgG-biotin and detected with a streptavidin-enzyme conjugate. In this system the antibody shows the following reaction profile: No cross-reactivity (<0.01%) with Ig from human, pig, bovine, goat, mouse and fetal calf serum (FCS). Weak reactivity (<1%) with Ig from horse and cross-reactivity (<5%) with Ig from rat and guinea pig. FLUORESCEIN/PROTEIN MOLAR RATIO: Between 3 and 4.
