背景信息	Claudin-11 (CLDN11; or Oligodendrocyte-specific protein) is expressed in Sertoli cells of the testis. It is involved in the formation of tight junctions, which is required for spermatogenesis. Previous studies have indicated that claudin-11 may prevent the progression of bladder cancer by blocking cell invasion and metastatis.
