背景信息 Coactosin-like protein (CLP or COTL1) is a human F-actin binding protein belonging to the actin-binding proteins ADF family, more specifically to the Coactosin subfamily. It acts to bind F-actin in a calcium-independent manner. Coactosin-like protein is also known for its direct, calcium-independent, interaction with 5-lipoxygenase, serving to up-regulate and modulate its activity. It also plays a critical role as an up-regulator leukotrine A4 synthesis, a role which has created interest in Coactosin-like protein for potential as a target antigen in pancreatic cancer. Coactosin-like protein expression is wide with highest levels observed within lung, kidney, placenta, and peripheral blood leukocytes, while lower levels have been observed in liver, pancreas and brain tissues. 产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - A431 cell lysate
