背景信息 Spartin is also known as Spastic paraplegia 20 protein and Trans-activated by hepatitis C virus core protein 1. Spartin has been implicated in endosomal trafficking and microtubule dynamics. Spartin is ubiquitously expressed, but the highest expression found in adipose tissue.
