背景信息	C-X-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CXCR7) is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family. CXCR7 binds chemokines CXCL11 and CXCL12 with high affinity, and also acts as coreceptor with CXCR4 for a restricted number of HIV isolates. CXCR7 is expressed in monocytes, basophils, B-cells, umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and B-lymphoblastoid cells with lower amounts found in CD4+ T-lymphocytes and natural killer cells.
