背景信息	C-X-C motif chemokine 10 (CXCL10) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family and may be a key mediator of Interferon-gamma response. It is produced by proteolytic cleavage after secretion from keratinocytes. Serum concentration of CXCL10 are augmented in both newly diagnosed Type I diabetes and subjects at risk of developing the disease.

Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
