背景信息 Tumor necrosis factor receptor type 1-associated DEATH domain protein (TRADD) is also known as TNFRSF1A-associated via death domain. The nuclear form of TRADD acts as a tumor suppressor by preventing ubiquitination and degradation of CDKN2A by TRIP12. TRADD overexpression leads to apoptosis and activation of NF-kappa-B.
