主要应用	Western Blotting
应用说明	Western blot: 1:200. Suggested dilution buffer is PBS/tween. Suggested blocking buffer is 5% non-fat milk. Immunohistochemistry: 1:25 on paraformaldehyde fixed, paraffin embedded human (uterine) dedidua. Suggested antigen retrieval method is microwaving (15 minutes at 750 watts in citrate buffer). Flow cytometry: 1:100 (one hour at room temperature) on human U937 cells treated with gamma interferon. Suggested fixation buffer is 4% PFA, permeabilized with 1% saponin. ELISA, direct: 1:1,000 Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
