背景信息 Ran-binding protein 10 (RanBP10) is a cytoplasmic protein that is highly expressed in megakaryocytes, which plays an essential role in platelet formation. RanBP10 functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor that regulates the activity of the Ran GTPase protein, and indirectly plays a role in Ran-mediated microtubule organization during the cell cycle.
