应用说明 Western blot: 2-5 μg/mL on rat brain lysate. The antibody reacts with the ~135 kD GRIP1 protein. An additional band at ~50-55 kD may also be seen depending on the sample and concentration of antibody used.
Western blot: 1-5 μg/mL on human NT2/D1 cell lysate. The antibody reacts with the ~135 kD GRIP1 protein. An additional band at ~37 kD may also be seen depending on the sample and concentration of antibody used. Immunohistochemistry: 1:320 on formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded rat brain section. It is necessary to pretreat the section with heat induced epitope retrieval.
