应用说明 Immunohistochemistry: 1:5,000 using a Cy3 conjugated secondary antibody. The tissue was fixed in a paraformaldehyde/picric acid-mixture (4% paraformaldehyde and 0.4% picric acid in 0.16 M sodium phosphate buffer, pH 6.9). See application notes.
