    应用说明 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1,500 on 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. Sections were cut at 15 μm with a cryostat or 30 μm with a sliding microtome.

    特异性 Vesicular Acetylcholine Transporter (VAChT). By Western blot the antibody reacted with a single band in rat brain homogenates. This band corresponded to the size of the predicted rVAChT. There was no staining of blots incubated with the antibody that had been preabsorbed with the peptide used for antibody production. By immunohistochemistry the staining was strong in the inner retina where cholinergic processes are located and weak in cholinergic cell bodies. There was no background staining noted. In the CNS staining was strong in fibers and stains cholinergic cell bodies well.
