By Western blot the antibody recognizes a band at ~65-70 kDa on PC12 cell lysate. Additional bands at ~35 kDa (weak) and 20-25 kDa (strong) may also be seen depending on sample and antibody concentration used. On mouse cerebellum lysate the antibody recognizes a band at ~50 kDa.
