概述	Recombinant, human SDF-1α (amino acids 22-89) expressed in E. coli. Chemoattractant for T lymphocytes and monocytes. A member of the CXC family that binds to the CXCR4 receptor and has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of infection by lymphocyte-tropic HIV-1 strains. Attracts mature lymphocytes to the bone marrow and may be involved in graft rejection.
