    概述 Full-length, recombinant, human phosphodiesterdase 3A (PDE3A) expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. PDE3A is expressed primarily in cardiac and vascular myocytes and platelets. Supplied as a partially purified preparation of catalytically active enzyme useful for inhibitor and activator assays.
