描述 概述 Recombinant, human interleukin-8 expressed in E. coli. A potent proinflammatory cytokine produced by monocytes, fibroblasts, and keratinocytes in response to stimulation by LPS, IL-1, or TNF-α, and by T lymphocytes in response to PHA stimulation. Induces adhesion of neutrophils to endothelial cells. A physiological initiator of chemotactic migration of leukocytes. May be involved in chronic inflammation.
