描述 概述 Full length, recombinant, human Plk2 fused at the N-terminus to GST and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Plk2 is a G1 specific kinase that is specifically detected in brain, heart, and lung. Plk2 expression increases in the presence of DNA-damaging agents.
