    描述
    概述 Recombinant, human PAK1 fused at the N-terminus to a GST-His6-thrombin cleavage site sequence and expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. PAK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that interacts with GTP-bound but not GDP-bound CDC42/p21 and RAC1. Phosphorylation at Thr423 by PDK activates PAK1. It is known as an important modulator of cytoskeletal reorganization and GTPase effector that links the Rho-related GTPases to the JNK MAP kinase pathway.
