    概述 Native endoproteinase Lys-C from Lysobacter enzymogenes. Serine protease that specifically hydrolyzes amide or ester bonds at the carboxylic side of lysine in peptides and proteins. Useful for sequence and structural analysis. Inhibited by aprotinin, DFP, leupeptin, and TLCK.
