描述
概述	A highly cell-permeable purine compound that displays anticancer properties and acts as a selective and ATP-competitive inhibitor of Cdks (IC₅₀ = 6.6 µM, 0.41 µM, 5.5 µM, 15 µM and 3.9 µM for Cdk1/cyclin B, Cdk2/cyclin A, Cdk4/cyclin D, Cdk5/p25 and Cdk7/cyclin H, respectively). Shown to cause cell cycle arrest at the G₂/M phase and induce apoptosis by activating caspases and down-regulation survivin. Synergistically potentiates paclitaxel cytotoxicity and apoptotic response in HeLa and OAW42 cells.
