Detection of human cathepsin D by immunoblotting. Samples: Low molecular weight markers (lanes 5a and 5b), cathepsin D protein (0.075 µg) (lanes 1 and 9), cathepsin D protein (0.15 µg) (lanes 2 and 8), and cathepsin D protein (0.3 µg) (lanes 3 and 7), and liver extracts (lanes 4 and 6). With primary antibody dilution 1:4000 (lanes 1-5a) and 1:2000 (lanes 5b-9). Primary antibody: Anti-Cathepsin D Rabbit pAb (Cat. No. 219361) (1:4000).
