特殊指南 Reconstitute the antibody with 50 µl deionized water to make a 300 µg/ml stock solution. Further dilutions should be made in a physiological buffer containing a carrier protein such as 1-3% BSA. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles of solutions. To reduce nonspecific staining, centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 x g for 5 min) to remove any aggregates. Reconstitue the peptide with 100 µl deionized water, aliquot, and freeze (-20°C).
