    概述 Recombinant protein A plus recombinant protein G covalently bound to magnetic beads. This magnetic A+G blend allows for the use of a wider range of antibodies than A or G alone and provides a rapid, reproducible and efficient reagent for collecting immunocomplexes for chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays as well as RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays. Compared with conventional agarose beads, magnetic beads significantly reduce handling times and mechanical stress on target immunocomplexes.

    演示 Liquid suspension. Supplied as magnetic bead slurry in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.01% Tween®-20 and 0.09% sodium azide.

    应用 This magnetic A+G blend allows for the use of a wider range of antibodies than A or G alone & provides a rapid, reproducible & efficient reagent for collecting immunocomplexes for ChIP assays as well as RIP assays.
    应用说明 Use 20 µL of bead suspension per ChIP application. Includes sufficient reagents for 10 precipitation reactions. Disperse beads thoroughly before pipetting by rapid vortex.
