经验配方 CAS号 C₁₃H₁₆N₆O₄ 35943-35-2 描述 概述 A cell-permeable and reversible tricyclic nucleoside that selectively inhibits the cellular phosphorylation/activation of Akt1/2/3 by targeting an Akt effector molecule other than PI 3-K or PDK. Exhibits little effect towards cellular signaling pathways mediated by PKC, PKA, SGK, Stat3, p38, ERK1/2, or JNK.
