    概述 A 3,5-diaryl-oxadiazole compound that acts as an inhibitor against the ATP-dependent Photuris pennsylvanica (lucPpe) and Photinus pyralis (lucPpy) luciferase activity (IC50 = 0.08 and 2.8 µM, respectively, with 10 µM ATP, 10 µM luciferin, and 10 nM respective enzyme) and effectively inhibits lucPpe-based commercial luciferase-luciferin formulations (IC50 = 5, 13.5, and 12.7 µM against Promega's Kinase-Glo®, Kinase-Glo® Plus, and Kinase-Glo® Max, respectively, at a 3-fold formulation dilution and 6.77 µM ATP). Unlike Luciferase Inhibitor II (Cat. No. 119114), Luciferase Inhibitor I is noncompetitive with respect to either luciferin or ATP.
