背景信息 Coronin-1A (CORO1A) is also called Coronin-like protein A (Clipin-A), Coronin-like protein p57, and Tryptophan aspartate-containing coat protein (TACO). CORO1A is likely a critical cytoskeleton component in highly motile cells that is involved in invagination and forming protrusions of the plasma membrane to facilitate cell movement.
