应用说明	Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL to detect 1-5 μg of protein from T-cells and ovarian tumor cells. (Goetzl, EJ, et al., Mol.Cell. Neurosci. (1994) 5:145-152). Flow cytometry: 0.25-1 μg/mL to stain VIPR1 expressed on T-lymphocytes and human colonic adenocarcinoma cells fixed with 0.4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.1% Triton X-100 (Goetzl, EJ, et al., Mol.Cell. Neurosci. (1994) 5:145-152). Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
