应用说明	Immunoblotting: 1:1000-1:2000; works in rat but not hamster; non-reduced samples only; beta1 migrates at ~110kDa, with a dimer at ~220kDa; it is glycosylated as well, and has 4 isoforms, thus multiple bands can be detected depending upon the sample. Purified Alpha5beta1 or Alpha1beta1 integrin protein are available for asa positive control (CC1012,CC1052).
