Despite medical treatment, many children still experience early joint destruction, necessitating surgical replacement. & At least 1 polymorphism in the IL6 gene renders HIV- infected men susceptible to Kaposi sarcoma [MIM:148000]. Kaposi sarcoma is a sarcoma of spindle cells mixed with angiomatous tissue.     存储条件 The lyophilized powder, though stable at room temperature, is best stored desiccated -20°C. After a quick spin reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL to 1.0 mg/mL. This solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for one week or at -20°C for future use. Maintain reconstituted IL-6 in undiluted aliquots at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
