背景信息	Serine--tRNA ligase, cytoplasmic (SARS) is a member of the class-II aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family which catalyzes the attachment of serine to tRNA(Ser). It may also aminoacylate tRNA(Sec) with serine, to form the misacylated tRNA L-seryl-tRNA(Sec), which will be further converted into selenocysteinyl-tRNA(Sec).

Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
