背景信息 ALK tyrosine kinase receptor is also called Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and CD246. ALK tyrosine kinase receptor is a neuronal orphan receptor tyrosine kinase that is essential to the genesis and differentiation of the nervous system. ALK tyrosine kinase receptor transduces ligand signals at the cell surface via specific activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway. ALK tyrosine kinase receptor is found in brain and the CNS.
