背景信息 Transportin-3 (TNPO3), also known as Importin-12 (Imp12), is a member of the importin beta/transportin family of nuclear import receptors. It binds specifically and directly to the arginine/serine (RS)-rich domains of ASF/SF2, SC35 and many other SR proteins and seem to occur only when these RS domains are phosphorylated.
