    背景信息 SALL4, a human homolog to Drosophila spalt, is a zinc finger transcription factor that is suggested to play a role in the pathogenesis of leukemia stem sells. It is reported to be constitutively expressed in human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and induces AML in transgenic mice. Defects in this gene are a known cause of Duane-radial ray syndrome (DRRS).
