背景信息 Peroxisomal membrane protein 14 (PEX14) is a component of the peroxisomal translocation machinery. It interacts with PEX19 and PEX13, and functions as the peroxisomal membrane docking factor for PEX5. The PEX7-PTS2 complex also docks at PEX14 indirectly via PEX5L, the longer isoform of PEX5.
