背景信息 Calcium homeostasis modulator protein 1 (CALHM1) is a multi-pass membrane protein localized in both the cell membrane and membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum and is a member of the FAM26 family of proteins. CALHM1 has been shown to be a Ca2+ dependent regulator for the proteolysis of amyloid precurser protein (APP) as well as the peptide levels of aggregated amyloid belta (Abeta). It is also involved in mediating the concentration and permeability of cytosolic calcium. Additionally, it is thought to have a role as a pore-forming ion channel. Expression of CALHM1 is mainly found in adult brain tissue and has also been reported in retinoic acid-differentiated SH-SY5Y cells. 产品信息 格式 Affinity Purified 控制 - Human liver tissue lysate
