    概述 A cell-permeable, reversible inhibitor of γ-secretase. Equipotently inhibits the release of Aβx-40 (ED50 = 2.6 µM) and Aβx-42 (ED50 = 2.7 µM) in HEK293 cells stably transfected with the Amyloid Precursor Protein Swedish mutants.
