描述 MILLIPLEX MAP Total/Phospho Erk - Cell Signaling Multiplex Assay 概述 The MILLIPLEX® MAP Total/Phospho Akt (Catalog # 48-618MAG) and Total/Phospho ERK (48-619MAG) Magnetic bead kits have been developed for the simultaneous detection of phosphorylated Akt (Ser473) and total Akt or phosphorylated ERK1/2 (Thr185/Tyr187) and total ERK in a single well using the Luminex system. 应用说明 • An overnight (4°C) incubation is recommended for best results.
• This assay requires 25 µL diluted cell lysate per well.
