背景信息 RhoGAP p190 (Rho GTPase Activating Protein 5, ARHGAP5), like other RhoGAPs, stimulates the intrinsic GTPases activity of Rho, Rac, and Cdc42, but shows definite preference for Rho. RhoGAP p190 contains an N-terminal GTPase domain and a C-terminal RhoGAP domain. The activity of RhoGAP p190 is known to be regulated by phosphorylation, by kinases such as Src that is stimulated by growth factor signaling or cell attachment and phosphorylate RhoGAP p190 in its central region. This ultimately leads to reduced RHO-GTP and decreased stress fibers. 产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - Included Positive Antigen Control: Catalog # 12-301, non-stimulated A431 cell lysate.
