背景信息 Sodium-dependent phosphate transport protein 1 (SLC17A1) is a member of the sodium-dependent inorganic phosphate transporters (NPT) family, which regulates entrance into the cellular membrane. SLC17A1 is mainly expressed in the kidney, transporting small organic anions such as PAH (para-aminohippurate); however, it is also found in the liver and brain.
