The orientation of its zwitterionic functional group provides more accessible positive charges, which results in a complementary selectivity with more retention particularly for organic acids and other negatively charged compounds. Especially suitable for LC-MS thanks to an extraordinary high column stability and a minimized column bleed. This short 50 mm column reduces retention saving valuable analysis time.
